A:Yes you will get a physical card. It takes minimum of 3 weeks after the confirmation of payment and required data such as name and address to process your card.

A: Yes your Credit Card is a reloadable or rechargeable card.

Q 5: Does Prepaid Credit Card comes with CVC2/CVV (3 digit security number) ?
A: Yes your Credit Card account comes with 3 digit CVV / CVC2 number just like any other Credit Card brand that has 3 digit CVV number on the back.

Q 6: What will be the Billing Address of my new Prepaid Credit Card?
A: It will be the address of ABX WORLD Corporate Headquarters in the USA.

Q 7: Can I sign up eBay with Prepaid Credit Card ?
A: Yes you can.

Q 8: Where can I use Prepaid Credit Card ?
A: You can use your prepaid credit card ANYWHERE at ONLINE merchants accepting credit card payments. That means IT WORKS just like a regular credit card (MC/VC).

Q 9: I understand my card worked really great at many online shops and merchants, however at one or two sites/online merchants it didn't work, why?
A: Please note, no credit card in the world can claim work at 100% websites or merchants. The reason is simple, sometimes though a card is even active and have enough funds but is denied, because certain merchants have their own rules or adopt their own criteria before accepting a credit card order. When this is the case then it is out of our control and we cannot force a merchant to accept the payment. Every card holder should understand this fact, however if certain merchant doesn't accept a card even though there is no problem then you can find the same product from another merchant.

A: There could be many reasons, many people even in today's world just cannot enjoy online shopping and purchases because almost 90% online merchants, website and shops only accept credit cards e.g. Visa or Master Card. For example, you want to buy a domain, or you want to buy web hosting or you want to purchase some cool stuff online, some entertainment websites only let you visit their stuff if you have a Credit Card. Q 12: I hold a card from you and even used it but now I want to refund, is it possible?
A: Please note once a card issued, whether the card used or not, we cannot make the refund. Because once a card has been issued that means it is not in our control anymore and issuing bank doesn't accept any excuse once a card has been issued.

A: Yes, of course, online at any Website and Merchants accepting anywhere in the world.

A: Absolutely NOT, although it works Exactly the same way a credit card works but you got to fund it before using. Credit means a loan while it is a debit card, you should first fund the card then use it.

Q 20: Will it improve my credit rating?
A: No! since it's a debit card and we do not report any institution or bureaus, therefore, it will not effect on your credit rating.

A: Yes, you can.

A: Yes, card holder's name will be linked with Prepaid Credit Card.
